So stoked to have you join the Unyoked family.
Tori & Julian here from the HQ Ops team, welcome to your onboarding dashboard! This here is your guide to all things cabin operations, the first section is most important to us now as it’ll guide you through the steps of your cabin onboarding.
We’ll update the info in here as we go, you’ll see a tick next to the sections as we progress. Jump in here anytime to check on the progress and any updates!
Once your cabin is live this will act as your daily operations dashboard, you’ll find everything here - we’ll run you through it in our video onboaridng meeting!

  • Please sign your Host Agreement (emailed to you via HelloSign) by DD/MM/YY

  • This form helps us get the ball rolling ahead of cabin delivery. If you haven’t already, jump on the link below to submit your answers.

  • Your cabin arrival date will be updated here soon!
    The install team will set everything up and give you a tour.

  • Once your cabin is setup we’ll take you through the operations manual and information via a video call.
    We’ll lock in a time to do this as soon as we know when the cabin will be installed!

  • We always recommend that you stay in the cabin, it helps you get a feel for the guest experience…and allows someone to mess it up for the first practice cabin clean.

  • A chance to put into practice the processes we introduce you to during the onboarding video call.

  • Your first bookings will be:
    1. Experience Testing, this is where we send one of thinner crew to do a thorough check of everything in the cabin and sign it off for guests.
    2. Photography stay, we’ve got a close group of photographers who help us take launch photos. They’ll stay for 2 nights, sometimes they will also do the experience test!

  • This is when the cabin will be online and available for guests to book! We’ll add the date in here once we know when the cabin will be installed!
